The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) is the most comprehensive privacy law in the country. Targeted at companies that collect and/or sell personal information, it is designed to give Californians more control over their own data when it goes into effect January 1, 2020.

We’ve created a content hub on our RampUp site called “Preparing for CCPA” where you can find the latest and greatest CCPA information.

For information on the processing of consumer requests, see "Consumer Requests for Opt-Outs, Data Access, or Data Deletions".

For specific questions about CCPA, contact your account lead (to see your question featured on RampUp, cc rampup@rampedup.us).

Your feedback is vital to improve our help content.
